Arkansas father arrested in viral video for piercing son’s ear

An Arkansas father is facing a felony charge after his arrest Thursday for allegedly piercing his son’s ear.
Chaos erupted during the Tontitown Police Department’s welfare investigation when a Springdale High School resource officer reported a student told classmates that his drunken father had “chopped him down and pierced his ear.” Police said. In a statement.
Jeremy Sherland, 45, admitted to piercing his son’s ear, but refused to let officers speak to the boy – and did not answer further questions.
Police later returned in numbers with an arrest warrant issued by the Washington County Prosecutors Office, sparking the mayhem captured on video.
