Hollywood actor Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez is reportedly looking to buy an eight-bedroom mansion worth USD 64 million.
The couple is in escrow for a Pacific Palisades home after backing out of buying an affordable property in the same area for USD 34.5 million, reports ‘Mirror.co.uk’.
The prestigious location is part of an elite neighborhood where only the wealthiest people in society can live. The new mansion comes with a whopping eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It includes an 800 square foot gym, professional media room and game room.
According to ‘Mirror.co.uk’, J.L.O And Ben will be able to relax in a spacious pool spa that offers canyon-side views, before warming up in their own firepit area. The property also comes with a separate guest house for tourist accommodation, complete with a Japanese-style soaking tub.
Jennifer and Ben have been spotted visiting the property on several occasions.

A source told TMZ that the couple has been making frequent visits to the home to look for any changes they want to make after the sale is finalized. They are also said to have been given the same investigative treatment as the earlier property. The insider added that the couple will have no trouble affording the USD 64 million mansion after Ben sold his Pacific Palisades mansion for around USD 30 million.
JLO is also in the process of selling his Bel-Air home which is currently in escrow with a prospective buyer for USD 39 million.
