Girl delivers baby at home after watching videos online, kills newborn: Police
A 15-year-old girl who was allegedly sexually assaulted in Nagpur city gave birth to a baby girl at her home. Maharashtra After watching the online video and killing the newborn, police said on Sunday.

“He hid his baby bump from his mother by saying that he had some health issues,” the official said.
To maintain the secret, the girl hit upon the idea of home delivery and started watching videos online.
“On March 2, she gave birth to a girl child at her home and immediately strangled the newborn. She hid the body in a box at her home,” the officer added.

When her mother returned home, she inquired about the girl’s health.
“The girl narrated her ordeal to her mother, after which she was taken to the hospital. The body of the newborn was sent for post-mortem,” he said.
A case was registered under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act. The official said that a charge of murder will be filed after receiving the post-mortem report.
Further investigation is underway.
