Jalen Brunson’s nicknames for Immanuel Quickley after Knicks win

Jaylen Brunson made sure to give teammate Emmanuel Quickley his flowers after his impressive game against the Celtics on Sunday night.
Starting for the injured Brunson, Quickley dropped a career-high 38 points in 55 minutes, leading the Celtics to a double-overtime victory.
After the final buzzer, Brunson took to Twitter to crown the Sixth Man of the Year as “him,” with a humorous twist.
“Himbo Fisher @IQ_GodSon,” Brunson tweeted.
He didn’t stop there though.
“HIMMY FALLON @IQ_GodSon,” he continued, ending with perhaps the best yet: “HIM HORTONS @IQ_GodSon.”
The Knicks’ starting point guard wasn’t the only one having fun celebrating Quickley, as the Knicks Twitter account had its own nickname for their guard: “Himanuel.”
The 23-year-old guard is averaging 13.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists in his third season in the NBA.
He has played a vital role in the Knicks’ nine-game winning streak, leading a solid second unit off the bench.
This 38-point explosion with Brunson reminded Knicks fans how much potential the young guard has.

Quickley played more than anyone on Sunday against the Celtics, yet he wasn’t the least bit tired.
As the players began to run out of steam, Quickley scored seven straight points for the Knicks in the second overtime.
If Quickley continues to look like “him,” the Knicks have a real weapon coming off the bench as they continue their playoff run.
