Gap is suing Kanye West for $2 million over their failed collaboration, claiming the embattled rapper made unapproved alterations to a Los Angeles rental property the landlord is trying to collect on. .

According to court documents obtained by The Post, Gap filed a claim against West, 45, and his Yeezy clothing line in an LA court last month.

Gap is asking Art City to hold West liable for any damages owed, as well as $2 million in compensatory damages for itself.

The Post has contacted West’s representatives for comment. A Gap spokesman declined to comment, citing pending litigation.

Gap ended its partnership with the “strong” rapper last fall after he made anti-Semitic comments.

Gap said in a statement at the time, “Historism, racism and hate are inexcusable in any form and are not tolerated in line with our values.”

But West later claimed the venture failed because he is a “king”.

“Everybody knows I’m the leader, I’m the king,” West said during the CNBC appearance. “A king cannot live in another’s castle. A king has to build his palace.”
