Tiger Woods’ ex, Erica Herman, wants NDA nullified over sexual harassment clause

It looks like trouble may be on the horizon for Tiger Woods.
Woods’ apparently now-ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is taking the 47-year-old golf legend to court in hopes of voiding a non-disclosure agreement Woods signed at the start of their relationship – claims While the NDA should not be enforced because of the Speak Out Act, which provides exemptions in situations where there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment.
In court papers Obtained by TMZHarman claims Woods is trying to “aggressively enforce” the NDA she signed around August 2017.
It’s unclear if she’s accusing Woods of any specific indiscretions, though it’s clear she wants to publicly share her experience with him during their nearly six-year relationship.

Interestingly, there hasn’t been official news of a split yet – although Woods and Herman haven’t been seen together in public in a while. The most recent photos of the longtime couple were from the US Open (Tennis) on August 31, 2022.
Herman did not attend the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational in February – Woods’ first time competing on tour since the Open Championship in 2022.
