Tom Sizemore looks unwell in heartbreaking photos of his final red carpet
Tom Sizemore, who died on Friday aged 61 after suffering a brain aneurysm, looked sickly on the red carpet in January.
The “Saving Private Ryan” actor was photographed at the premiere of “Bermuda Island” at the Fine Arts Theater in Beverly Hills on January 20.
Sizemore sported a light-blue shirt, a gray jacket, worn blue jeans, a dark hat and a modest button-down checkered shirt over a long red chain with a cross pendant. The long-time actor, who battled addiction for years, cut a different figure from the skinny characters he played on the big screen.
Sizemore “passed away peacefully in his sleep today at St. Joseph’s Hospital Burbank. Her brother Paul and twin boys Jaden and Jagger were with her,” manager Charles Lago told The Post on Friday.
Lago added, “The Sizemore family has been comforted by the hundreds of messages of support and love shown to their son, brother and father. “They are asking for privacy during this difficult time and I ask that those wishes be respected.”
“Bermuda Island” is Sizemore’s latest film project. The film, directed by Adam Worth, follows a group of stranded vacationers who crash on their way to a tropical destination. Actors Randy Davison, Doug Litto, Marc Anthony Cox and Paula Pauline were photographed with Sizemore at the premiere.

Sizemore suffered a brain aneurysm and stroke on Feb. 18, Lago said. His family was told in recent days that there was no hope of recovery.
Acclaimed for his roles in “Saving Private Ryan,” “Natural Born Killers” and “Heat,” Sizemore was a notorious tough-guy, his most famous characters being war heroes, criminals, detectives and more.
“Bermuda Island” is not Sizemore’s final film. Upcoming projects include “PTSD: A Soldier’s Revenge,” “The Legend of Johnny Jones” and “American Trash.”
