Trump plans to tell CPAC crowd: ‘I am your retribution’
Former President Donald Trump is poised to make the case that he can “take revenge” on conservatives against Democrats and establishment Republicans in his speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday.

Differs, which has already launched its 2024. bid, and several other potential Republican presidential contenders.
“We are never going back to a party that wants to pay endless money to fight endless wars overseas but demands that we cut veteran benefits and retirement benefits at home,” Trump is expected to say.
His speech insists that President Joe Biden is leading the nation to “oblivion” and that other Republicans will not be able to correct the course.
“I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War III,” the excerpt reads.
Trump is popular at the annual conservative gathering. He was the first choice of 62% of CPAC attendees who were asked who they preferred as the GOP nominee in 2024. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who did not attend this year’s event, finished second with 20% support. “In 2016, I declared: I am your voice. Today, I add: I am your warrior. I am your justice. And to those who have been wronged and betrayed: I am your revenge,” Trump plans to say. “I will completely erase the deep state. I will sack the unelected bureaucrats and shadow forces that have weaponized our justice system. And I will put the people in charge of this country again.”
Trump’s comments come as the 2024 presidential race wraps up the slim-down CPAC gathering and several high-profile Republicans are preparing their bids to prevent Trump from winning the party’s nomination for a third consecutive term. .
According to the excerpt, Trump will claim that the country, as he sees it, will be “finished forever” if he doesn’t win in 2024.
“This is the ultimate battle – they know it, I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. Either they win, or we win. And I promise you this: If you put me back in the White House, their reign will end, and America will be a free nation once again,” Trump is expected to say.
Trump also plans to use the speech to pledge to crack down on illegal immigration and crime in big cities, including “tougher consequences for juvenile delinquents,” who he says are “out of control.” “Monster” will say.
