In a shocking incident, a government school principal has been booked for allegedly raping a 23-year-old woman in his office in Amethi’s Mohanganj village, police said on Tuesday.

According to the complaint, she went to fetch water inside the school where the principal forced her on Monday. The victim alleged that the accused called her to his room in the school and raped her.

He said that the accused principal threatened the woman and later escaped from the spot.

Superintendent of Police Ilamaran said that an FIR has been registered in this case under sections of rape and efforts are being made to nab the accused.

SP said that the woman has been sent for medical examination.

Two minor girls gang-raped in UP’s Fatehpur

In another case of sexual harassment, two minor girls were allegedly raped by six youths in Husanganj area of ​​the district.

The police said on Monday that both the girls have been admitted to the government hospital, where their condition is said to be critical.

All the six accused have been taken into police custody. In a statement on his official Twitter account, Superintendent of Police Rakesh Kumar Singh said, “Two minor girls were returning home after watching a traditional fair late on Sunday evening in a village under Husanganj police station area, when six youths attacked them.” Gang-raped them. .

Police have identified all the six accused and have taken them into custody and a case is being registered under serious sections.

Deputy Police Captain Vir Singh said that the condition of the girls is alarming and they have been admitted to the government hospital for treatment. He said that the accused are being interrogated.
